By this application the petitioner seeks interim bail for attending the marriage of his daughter which is to be solemnised on 29th November, 2017. 2.
The allegations against the petitioner are of possession of 75 Kgs of ganja and there was further recovery from the co-accused as well within the same FIR.

The verification report has been filed, as per which the family of the petitioner consists of his mother, wife and sister who are residing at House No. 10477 Bagichi Peerji, Kishan Ganj, Delhi. Factum that the marriage of the petitioner's daughter is scheduled on 29th November, 2017 has also been verified.

Considering that the marriage of the petitioner's daughter is fixed on 29th November, 2017, this Court deems it fit to grant interim bail to the BAIL APPLN. 2349/2017
petitioner. It is, therefore, directed that the petitioner be released on bail for a period of four weeks from the date of his release on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- with two sureties of the like amount, out of which one surety will be of the family member of the petitioner, subject to satisfaction of learned Trial Court/CMM. 5.
Petition is disposed of.
