All these writ petitions have been filed between the same parties. 2.

The petitioner has filed the captioned applications for withdrawal of the writ petitions on the ground of a Settlement Agreement dated 07.05.2025 entered into between her and the respondent No. 2 - Mount Carmel School, which is run by respondent No. 3 - Mount Carmel School Society. Copies of the Settlement Agreement have also been placed on record.

Learned counsel for the parties are present and state that the Settlement Agreement has been partially implemented. The applications are supported by the affidavits of the petitioner. 4.

In view of the aforesaid Settlement Agreement, the writ petitions are disposed of.
