Issue notice. The defendant present in person accepts notice. 3.

The plaintiff is seeking permission to withdraw this suit on the ground that the parties have decided to dissolve their marriage by mutual consent and have executed a divorce agreement cum settlement dated 03rd January, 2019 which has been placed on record as Annexure 'A'. The defendant present in person confirms the settlement dated 03rd January, 2019. 4.

The application is allowed and the suit is dismissed as withdrawn. The pending application is disposed of.

The parties shall sign the order sheet before leaving the Court. 6.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsel for the parties under the signature of the Court Master.
