/2018 Learned counsel for the plaintiff has filed an application for withdrawal of the suit. The same is sent to the Registry for scanning and numbering.

Learned counsel for the plaintiff states that in terms of the award of the learned Arbitrator dated 25.06.2018, the plaintiff have been allowed to seek release of the amount of the bank guarantee. Hence, he seeks to withdraw the present suit.

Learned counsel for the defendants states that the said is the direction of PMA.

The application is allowed.
