$~8 * IN THE HIGH COURT OF DELHI AT NEW DELHI + W.P.(CRL) 3204/2017 ADESH DUBEY ..... Petitioner Represented by:

Mr. Hemendra Jailiya, Advocate.

versus STATE (NCT OF DELHI) ..... Respondent Represented by:

Mr. Jamal Akhtar, Advocate for Standing Counsel, State with ASI Tulli Ram, PS Badarpur.

CORAM:

HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE MUKTA GUPTA

O R D E R

% 24.11.2017 1.

A perusal of the nominal roll reveals that the petitioner has been granted furlough four times in the year, that is, on 8th March, 2017, 3rd June, 2017, 20th August, 2017 and 10th November, 2017 for a period of two weeks, three weeks, two weeks and two weeks respectively. The petitioner has only surrendered on 24th November, 2017.

2.

Thus the said period was sufficient for the petitioner to have got his mother treated. In any case the remaining sentence of the petitioner is now two months fifteen days if fine is paid.

3.

Thus, this Court finds no ground to grant parole to the petitioner. 4.

Petition is dismissed.

MUKTA GUPTA, J.
