Respondent No.2 is present in Court today and is identified by the Investigating Officer. She states that she has settled the matter with the petitioners with her own free will and choice without any threat, pressure and coercion as per Settlement Agreement dated 17.06.2016 & 11.12.2017. A Demand Draft of remaining a sum of Rs.2.5 Lakhs bearing No.447511 dated 07.12.2017 drawn on Punjab & Sind Bank, has been handed over by the petitioner No.1 to the respondent No.2. Petitioner no.1 undertakes to pay the amount of Rs.35,000/- towards all legal expenses to the respondent No.2 on 01.02.2018 as per Supplementary Settlement Agreement dated 11.12.2017. Petitioner No.1 further states that no case is pending in Canada against the respondent No.2. CRL.M.C. 5143/2017
