The present petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers: "i. Pass necessary orders and directions thereby calling for the records of SC NO. 3-A/14 registered with the Respondent. ii. Pass necessary orders and directions thereby quashing / setting aside all subsequent proceedings emanating from SC NO. 3-A/14 registered by the Respondent and dropping the charges framed thereafter. iii. Pass necessary orders and directions thereby holding and declaring that the Complaint SC NO. 3-A/14 registered with the Respondent located at 7th Floor Drum Shaped building, I.P. Estate New Delhi 110002 and the investigation conducted in it does not depict the commission of any offence. iv. Pass any other order or directions that this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case in favour of the Petitioners."
