W.P.(C) 11232/2017 Issue notice. Notice is accepted on behalf of the respondents. Learned counsel for the respondent states that he has instructions that the refund would be processed within two weeks. In view of the statement made, which is taken on record, the writ petition is disposed of. The petitioner, if aggrieved by the refund order or due to non-payment of interest, would be at liberty to challenge the order to be passed in accordance with law. We also record that in case refund is payable and an order to the said effect is passed, the amount of refund would be credited to the account of the petitioner within three weeks from the date the

order is passed. We clarify that the court has not expressed any opinion or given any directions.
