HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT
O R D E R
% 05.12.2018 CM APPL. 51005/2018 (Exemption) Allowed, subject to all just exceptions.
This application is, accordingly, disposed of. W.P.(C) No. 13142/2018 & CM APPLN. 51004/2018 (stay) After some arguments, it is brought to the notice of this Court that petitioner has sent a legal notice dated 27.09.2018 to the Chief Executive Officer, BSES Rajdhani Power Limited and to Mr.Alok Varma, Head, HR
of said company raising certain issues which have been raised in the present petition.
Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there is no response from the respondent company BSES Rajdhani Power Limited. The justice would be met if the respondents are directed to verify the facts and take decision upon the legal notice dated 27.09.2018. Accordingly, I hereby dispose of the present petition directing the respondent nos.1, 3 & 4 to take decision upon the legal notice dated 27.09.2018 within four weeks from today and the decision taken shall be communicated to the petitioner within one week thereafter. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. I hereby make it clear that till the decision is taken on the legal notice of the petitioner, no further steps shall be taken for the promotion on revalidation of the degrees.
Needless to say that if the petitioner is still aggrieved, he may challenge the decision before the appropriate Forum. The decision already taken would be subject to the challenge, if any, the petitioners so desire. SURESH KUMAR KAIT, J DECEMBER 05, 2018 ab
