This is a joint petition seeking extension of time. 3.
The record shows that the learned Arbitrator was appointed by this Court vide order dated 24.11.2016, passed in OMP (I) (COMM) 455/2016. 4.
The record also shows that learned Arbitrator accepted the appointment on 28.11.2016.

Evidently, with the consent of parties, the learned Arbitrator extended the statutory period of twelve (12) months by another six (6) months having regard to the complexity of the matter.

The extended time frame has already come to an end i.e. on 28.11.2018.

A joint prayer is made that the time for concluding the arbitration proceedings be extended till 31.01.2019.

I am told that the matter has been reserved by the learned Arbitrator for pronouncing the award.

Accordingly, as prayed, time for pronouncing and publishing the award is extended till 31.01.2019.
