The petitioner has filed the present petition alleging that a large scale unauthorized construction is being carried on in the vicinity of Qutub Minar. He further alleges that there is a nexus between builders, politicians, police and local bodies permitting construction to be raised. He further alleges that transactions in the unauthorised properties are also being registered. 2.

It is seen that the petition is bereft of any particulars as to the specific area where such illegal construction is allegedly being raised. The petitioner has also annexed photographs but it is not discernible as to where those buildings are located.

In view of the above, the petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file the petition with better particulars. It is further directed that

before filing any petition, the petitioner must furnish the particulars regarding the alleged construction complained of to the concerned authorities.
