% 27.11.2017 Mr. Mishra, ld. standing counsel for respondent no.1-EDMC submits that the subject premises has come to be sealed in pursuance of the direction issued in WP(C) 4349/2017 Court on its own motion Vs. Govt. of NCT of Delhi & Ors. dated 18.9.2017. Ld. counsel for the petitioner on his part submits that the sealing of the premises of the petitioner does not fall within the domain of the direction given by Division bench-I vide orders dated 18.9.2017 and that, the petitioner seeks to withdraw the instant petition with the liberty to approach Division Bench-I with an appropriate application. He also seeks liberty to file a fresh petition, if, any cause survives, to be entertained by this Court or other forum. Liberty, as prayed, is granted.

Dismissed as withdrawn, as prayed. Pending applications also stand disposed off accordingly.
