W.P.(C) 10287/2017 Learned counsel for the respondent no.1 states, they have initiated criminal proceedings against respondent no.3 herein on February 14, 2018. He also states, the dues against the electricity consumed in the property shall be claimed from respondent no.3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states, the aforesaid shall satisfy the grievance of the petitioner in this petition and the petition may be disposed of. Ordered accordingly.
