O R D E R

% 20.11.2017 Respondent no.2 (complainant) is present in Court and has been identified by SI Malkhan Singh of police station Sarita Vihar. She submits that she has settled the matter with her husband that is, petitioner no.1 and is residing with him, therefore, FIR No. 297/2014 under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC registered at police station Sarita Vihar may be quashed against the petitioner no.1 and his relatives, that is, petitioner nos. 2 and 3. Keeping in view that husband (petitioner no.1) and wife (respondent no.2) have started living together after resolving their differences, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
