1. Counsel for the Petitioner states that in a civil writ petition filed by another person similarly placed as the Petitioner, a learned Single Judge has granted the relief of stay of the order of suspension during the pendency of the appeal of such person before the Medical Council of India. He states that the Petitioner seeks to avail a similar remedy and accordingly seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to seek other appropriate remedies as may be available to the Petitioner in accordance with law.

2. Dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for. The application is

also disposed of. The next date stands cancelled.
