It is informed that the petitioner has already appeared before the trial Court and submitted to its jurisdiction and has been admitted to bail. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would like to sit with the respondents and amicably try and resolve the disputes. He submits that the parties may be referred to mediation.
