Learned counsel for the respondent enters appearance pursuant to the order dated 01.12.2017 and states that the respondent has complied with the order dated 27.10.2017 passed in W.P.(C) 7284/2016 on 13.11.2017, under intimation to the petitioner.

As learned counsel for the petitioner disputes having received a copy of the order dated 13.11.2017 passed by the respondent, another copy has been furnished to him.

Perusal of the copy of the order dated 13.11.2017 issued by the SDM (Election), District North-West reveals that the petitioner was called upon to join as a part time sweeper @ `1600/- per month, with immediate effect. 4.

Learned counsel for the respondent states that despite the said order, the petitioner has not reported for duty.

As it has been pleaded by the learned counsel for the petitioner that CONT.CAS(C) 805/2017

said order has not been received by his client, last opportunity of one week is granted to the petitioner to report for duty before the concerned authority. 6.

The contempt petition is disposed of.
