% 20.09.2018 Petitioners' counsel submits that petition under Section 74(4) of the Delhi Land Revenue Act, 1954 filed by petitioners before the concerned SDM in the year 2017 is still pending and the next date of hearing is 10th December, 2018.

If it is so, then the said application be considered and decided by the concerned SDM within a period of three months and its fate be communicated to petitioners within two weeks thereafter, so that petitioners may avail of the remedies, as available in the law, if need be. With aforesaid directions, this petition and the application are disposed of.
