% 09.03.2018 The counsel for the petitioner submits, on instructions from the petitioner, who is present in person, that the matter has been amicably resolved and the petitioner withdraws the revision petition having agreed to vacate and hand over the vacant peaceful possession to the respondent within a month hereof. It is confirmed by learned counsel on both sides that old dues including electricity charges and refund of security have been settled between the parties and nothing remains outstanding. The petitioner's counsel submits that he would furnish an affidavit to the effect of undertaking within a week.

The petition and the applications filed therewith are dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioner is bound by the undertaking given. R.K.GAUBA, J.
