% 13.02.2018 The wife of the petitioner - Kumkum has been produced by the police. We have interacted with Kumkum in Chamber and also in the presence of the petitioner. Kumkum states that on account of domestic fight, between the petitioner and herself, she had left her matrimonial home out of anger. She states that she was living with one of her friends called Rama. She states that she wishes to return with the petitioner to her matrimonial home. The petitioner is ready and willing to accept his wife Kumkum. Both have given assurance to this court that they shall maintain peace at home and not resort

to any violence, considering the fact that they have three minor children including a daughter of eight years. She has also given assurance that she shall not leave matrimonial home and neglect her children. In these circumstances, since Kumkum has been produced and has returned with the petitioner, this petition has become infructuous. No further orders are called for.

The petition stands disposed of.
