In view of the communication dated 04.12.2017, copy of which has been handed over in Court, which shall form part of Court record, petitioner does not wish to press this petition. Learned counsel prays that goods be returned to the petitioner. On filing of appropriate application, the goods will be returned to the petitioner in accordance with law within one week. The petition stands disposed of.
