% 05.12.2017 Mr.Kashyap, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has received a communication dated 04.12.2017 wherein the request of the petitioner for change of trade has been accepted. In view of the communication dated 04.12.2017, copy of which has been handed over in Court, which shall form part of Court record, petitioner does not wish to press this petition. Learned counsel prays that goods be returned to the petitioner. On filing of appropriate application, the goods will be returned to the petitioner in accordance with law within one week. The petition stands disposed of.
