% 27.07.2018 Learned counsels for the petitioner and respondent submit that matter has been settled between the parties, inasmuch as a consent award dated 20th June, 2018 has been passed by the learned Arbitrator. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that in view of the settlement, complaint filed by the respondent before the trial court against the petitioner will be withdrawn on the next date of hearing. In view of this statement, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition.

Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

However, petitioner would be at liberty to get the petition revived in case complaint case is not withdrawn by the respondent. Trial court record be sent back forthwith through the Special Messenger. Registry to ensure that the trial court record is sent back through Special Messenger forthwith, so that matter is

taken up by the trial court on 8th August, 2018 when the matter is stated to be listed before the trial court.
