The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 377/2017 under Sections 323/354-B/506/509/34 of the IPC registered at Police Station Paschim Vihar, New Dlehi.

The petitioner is the brother of the husband of the complainant. The petitioner was granted interim protection by order dated 16.03.2018. It is informed that the petitioner did join the investigation. The investigation is complete. Chargesheet has been filed and the petitioner has not been chargesheeted but has been put in Col. No. 12 of the chargesheet. 3.

In view of the above, since there is no apprehension of any arrest of the petitioner at this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition.
