% 31.01.2017 By the present petition the petitioner has sought amongst other relief a direction to direct the Financial Commissioner to hear the Revision Petition at the earliest.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the Financial Commissioner has disposed of the petitions by order dated 22.12.2016. Hence, learned counsel submits that the present petition is infructuous.

None has appeared for the petitioner.

Petition is dismissed in default. All pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of accordingly.
