% 21.11.2017 Petitioner claims that a legal notice (Annexure P-6 Colly.) of 1st November, 2017 was sent to respondent-school, to which there is no response. It is expected that in such like matters, instead of sending legal notice, petitioner ought to send a representation in the first instance and when it is not responded to, then only as a last measure, a legal notice ought to be sent. In any case, the legal notice (Annexure P-6 Colly.) is treated to be a representation and respondent-school is called upon to deal with it by passing a speaking order thereon, within a period of 6 weeks. In the facts and circumstances of this case, it is deemed appropriate to dispose of this petition while calling upon the respondent-school to deal with petitioner's legal notice (Annexure P-6 Colly.) (now to be treated as a representation) by passing a speaking order thereon, if it has been received W.P.(C) 10326/2017

by the respondent-school. Let the said legal notice/representation (Annexure P-6 Colly.) be decided within a period of 6 weeks and its fate be conveyed to petitioner within 2 weeks thereafter, so that the petitioner may avail remedy in accordance with the law, if need be. This petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. Dasti.
