% 16.07.2018 The parties have amicably settled the matter through mediation. The terms of the settlement are recorded in the order dated 12th April, 2018 which is taken on record.

As per the settlement, the appellant has paid a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- to the respondent.

The respondent present in Court confirms the receipt of the amount of Rs.1,00,000/- from the appellant.

This appeal is disposed of in terms of the settlement. Pending applications are disposed of. The statutory amount be refunded back to the appellant along with interest accrued thereon. Copy of this order be given dasti to counsels for the parties under signature of Court Master.
