% 21.11.2017 Petition is filed alleging unauthorised construction getting raised in property bearing No.3623, Katra Dina Beg, Lal Kuan, Delhi-6. Ms. Puja Kalra, ld. counsel for the respondent-NDMC on her part submits that for the unauthorised construction, booking has been done and process initiated.

In view of the submissions made on behalf of the respondent-NDMC, the petition is disposed off with a direction to the Commissioner, NDMC and the Commissioner of Police, Delhi to initiate immediate necessary actions against the alleged unauthorised construction raised and/or in the process of getting raised further, within four weeks from today.

Besides sending the copies of these directions to the Commissioner, NDMC and the Commissioner of Police, Delhi, copy be also sent to DCP concerned for immediate actions.

Petition along with interim application stands disposed off accordingly.

Liberty is reserved to the petitioner to approach this Court afresh, if the need so arises.
