The petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No.620/2015 under Sections 186/332/353/34 IPC, Ps Fatehpur Beri, Delhi. 2.
I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State. I have also gone through the status report filed by the State as well as the MLC of injured Ct.Anil Rathore.

The respondent/State has also placed on record the copy of the statement of Ishani Shahi - the lady who was being questioned by the police officials when the petitioner allegedly intervened using abusive language. The injuries with iron rod have been allegedly caused by son of the petitioner. The role attributed to the petitioner is to the extent that when after receiving PCR call, Ct.Anil Rathore and Ct.Amarjeet Singh were asking from the lady standing there as to whether she had made a call to the BAIL APPLN. 2088/2015
PCR, the petitioner Sher Singh came there in a drunken state and started abusing and misbehaving with the police officials and during the scuffle, son of the petitioner also came there with an iron rod and started beating the police officials and caused injuries to Ct.Anil Rathore before fleeing from the spot.

In view of the nature of allegations against the petitioner and that he is not the main assailant, it is directed that in the event of arrest, he shall be released on bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of ₹50,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of SHO/IO concerned. However, the petitioner is directed to join the investigation as and when required by the SHO/IO concerned.
