W.P.(CRL) 2225/2015 & Crl.M.A.14658/2015 The petitioners are aggrieved by the summons issued by the U.P. Police, executable through the Station House Officer of Ashok Vihar Police Station, Delhi.
It has been submitted that the petitioners, who are the husband and wife are not required to be summoned as they stand in distant relationship to the warring spouses and the case has been lodged by the wife involving distant relatives of the husband.
Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to withdraw this petition with the liberty to approach the appropriate forum i.e. a court of
competent jurisdiction in Uttar Pradesh.
