O R D E R

% 30.11.2017 Respondent no. 2 had given the vehicle to petitioner on hire. Petitioner did not pay the hire charges nor returned the vehicle. Incident led to registration of the present FIR no. 182/2017 under Section 406 IPC at Police Station Mayapuri on the complaint of Mr. Mohan Singh Jaitwal, Authorised Representative of respondent no. 2. It is submitted that petitioner and respondent no. 2 have settled their disputes amicably; therefore, the aforesaid FIR may be quashed.

Mr. Mohan Singh Jaitwal, Authorised Representative of respondent no. 2 is present in Court along with

his counsel and has been identified by SI Raj Bir Singh of police station Maya Puri.

Mr. Mohan Singh Jaitwal says that matter has been settled between the petitioner and respondent no. 2; therefore, respondent no. 2 has no objection in case the aforesaid FIR may be quashed. Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and respondent no. 2, in the interest of justice, FIR no. 182/2017 under Section 406 IPC registered at Police Station Mayapuri, which is at the investigation stage, is quashed.
