Chaudhary, Professor, Department of Forensic Medicines, Lady Harding Medical College, Shaheed Bhagat Singh Road, Connaught Place, New Delhi - 110001 as complainant's witness. This petition is allowed to this extent and petitioner is permitted to examine the aforesaid doctor as his witness before the trial court. On the next date of hearing, that is, 30th November, 2018, trial court shall fix the date for recording statement of Dr. B.L. Chaudhary and for which date the witness may be summoned by the trial

court on petitioner taking steps in accordance with law. Dasti.
