% 22.01.2018 Learned counsel for petitioner points out that that the sum of Rs.8,47,160/- deposited by Larsen and Toubro before the Commissioner Employee Compensation, Government of NCT of Delhi shall be released to respondent no.3 (Chhaya Mandal) today by the concerned Competent Authority. A sum of Rs.2,00,000/- has been received by her which amount has been deposited by the DMRC. Learned counsel for the State points out that the FIR has been registered against the Project Manager who is present before this Court along with co-accused Jaidev Pal. Neither of them has paid any amount to the family of the victim. Present petition has been filed only by one accused i.e. by Dinesh Gaur. The other co-accused is not

a party in these proceedings.

Since the FIR cannot be quashed in a piecemeal, this petition is disposed of with liberty granted to the petitioner to move an appropriate petition.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
