% 01.12.2017 Learned counsel for the respondent had put in appearance in the morning and has apprised the Court that the petitioner has surrendered on 30.11.2017. The report from the Superintendent Jail, Delhi has been called for today i.e. 01.12.2017 at 12.30 p.m. The report has not yet been received and be awaited.

At this stage, the report dated 01.12.2017 has been received from the Deputy Superintendent, Central Jail No. 15, Mandoli to the effect that the accused i.e. respondent Shri Amit s/o Omvir Singh in the instant case 4807/17 DRI has surrendered on 30.11.2017.

As vide the present petition the petitioner i.e. Directorate of Reveneue Intelligence had sought inter alia that the respondent be directed to surrender, the respondent having surrendered now on 30.11.2017 in terms of order dated 16.11.2017 of the Special Judge, NDPS, South District, Saket

New Delhi in the case 4582/17, no further orders are necessitated and the petition is disposed off.
