O R D E R

% 31.01.2019 These petitions have been filed challenging the Arbitral Awards dated 11.09.2015, passed by the Sole Arbitrator adjudicating disputes that have arisen between the parties in relation to the Loan Agreements. The Agreements, in Clause 10.10 and 10.11, vest the exclusive jurisdiction to hear these petitions only in the Courts in the city of Pune. I may also note that the impugned Arbitral Awards have been passed at Mumbai.

In view of the above, this Court would not have jurisdiction to adjudicate on the present petitions. The petitions are, accordingly, dismissed, leaving it open to the petitioners to avail their remedies in accordance with law.
