% 02.03.2016 The disputes between the parties have been settled in mediation vide settlement agreement dated 08.02.2016, which is placed on record. The same has been signed by the parties, their respective counsel and the learned Mediator. The parties have demarcated the different areas as shown in the annexures forming part of the settlement agreement, which have fallen to their respective shares. The parties are present in person. The terms of settlement appear to be fair, just and reasonable and there is no impediment in accepting the same.
