% 29.05.2018 CM No. 23250/2018 (for withdrawal of petition) By this application, the petitioner seeks to withdraw the rent revision petition (RC. REV. 559/2017) challenging the order of eviction dated 11.08.2017 in eviction case (ARC No. 26222/2016) which was instituted by the respondent. The prayer in the application is allowed and the rent control revision as aforesaid is dismissed as withdrawn.

The date i.e. 20.07.2018 fixed earlier is cancelled. The interim order is vacated.
