% 21.11.2017 It is submitted that petitioners and respondent no. 2 are neighbours. Disputes arose between neighbours on some trivial issue, which led to registration of the present FIR no. 1980/2015 under Sections 354A/509/34 IPC at Police Station Malviya Nagar on the complaint of respondent no. 2. With the interventions of their common friends, petitioners and respondent no. 2 have settled their disputes amicably, vide a Settlement Deed dated 15th November, 2017; therefore, aforesaid FIR may be quashed. Respondent no. 2 is present in Court along with her counsel and has been identified by SI

Manoj Kumar of Police Station Malviya Nagar. Respondent no. 2 submits that she has settled the matter with petitioners of her own free will, voluntarily and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. She further submits that she is not willing to pursue the FIR any further against the petitioners and the same may be quashed.

Keeping in view the above fact that a quarrel took place between petitioners and private respondents on some trivial issue and they have now settled their disputes amicably in order to maintain harmonious relations in future, in the interest of justice, FIR no. 1980/2015 under Sections 354A/509/34 IPC registered at Police Station Malviya Nagar and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
