% 23.02.2018 It is submitted that petitioners and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes before the Delhi Mediation Centre, Dwarka Courts, New Delhi on 24th April, 2017, therefore, FIR No.

131/2013 under Sections 451/354/323/34 registered at police station Baba Haridass Nagar may be quashed. It is further submitted that cross FIR No. 128/2013 under Sections 451/354/325/34 IPC registered at police station Baba Haridass Nagar has already been quashed by a learned Single Judge of this Court vide order dated 23rd February, 2018 passed in Crl. M.C. 593/2018 titled Amit Sangwan & Ors. Vs. The State Govt. of NCT of Delhi & Anr. Respondent no.2 is present in Court along with her counsel and has

been identified by SI Sunder Singh of police station Baba Haridass Nagar. She submits that she has settled the matter with the petitioners before the Mediation Centre on 24th April, 2017 of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion.

She has no objection in case FIR is quashed.

Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no.2 before the Mediation Centre, in my view, no fruitful purpose would be served in keeping the present criminal proceedings pending.

Accordingly, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
