+ CRL.M.C. 5015/2017 DEEPAK VERMA ..... Petitioner Through Mr. Shakti Narayan, Adv versus THE STATE GOVT OF NCT OF DELHI ..... Respondent Through Ms. Manjeet Arya, APP for State SI Pradeep, PS Tilak Nagar Respondent nos.2 & 3 in person

CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE A.K. PATHAK

O R D E R

% 05.09.2018 Respondent nos.2 and 3 namely Sunpreet Kaur and Kulwant Kaur are present in Court and have been identified by SI Pradeep of police station Tilak Nagar. Respondent nos.2 and 3 say that they have settled the matter with petitioner of their own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion vide Compromise Agreement dated 6th November, 2017. They further say that they have no objection in case FIR No.635/2016 under Sections 354/354B/323 IPC registered at Police Station Tilak Nagar and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and respondent nos. 2 and 3 voluntarily, in my view, no fruitful purpose would be served to keep the criminal proceedings pending.

Accordingly, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and

consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti. A.K. PATHAK, J SEPTEMBER 05, 2018 sm
