O R D E R

% 02.02.2018 Counsel for the parties jointly request that a Sole Arbitrator be appointed by this Court for adjudicating the disputes that have arisen between the parties in relation to the Partnership Deed dated 6th May, 2016 and the present petition be referred to the Arbitrator so appointed, to be considered by him under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter referred to as the 'Act').

At the request of the parties, I appoint Justice Nisar Ahmad Kakru, Former Chief Justice of Andhra Pradesh High Court, Hyderabad, Mobile-7889489805 & 9419000938, R/o X-19, Hauz Khas Enclave, 2nd Floor, New Delhi-110016 as the Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes that have arisen between the parties. The Arbitrator shall make his disclosure in terms of Section 12 of the Act before proceeding with the Arbitration. Counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present

petition with liberty to file an application under Section 17 of the Act before the Sole Arbitrator raising all claims that have been raised in the present petition.

Liberty as prayed for is granted.

The petition is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
