% 13.12.2017 Respondent no.2 is present in Court along with his counsel and has been identified by SI Ram Pratap of police station Rajinder Nagar. Respondent no.2 submits that he has settled the matter with the petitioners before the Delhi Mediation Centre, Tis Hazari Court, Delh on 13th January, 2015 of his own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. He further submits that he is not willing to pursue the FIR any further in view of the settlement and the same may be quashed. Keeping in view that a settlement has been arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no.2 voluntarily before the Delhi Mediation Centre, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 28/2015 under Section 420 IPC
registered at police station Rajinder Nagar and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
