In the status report, it is stated that the unauthorized construction in property No. 20/25, West Patel Nagar has been demolished.

However, learned counsel for the petitioners states that by virtue of the order dated lO"^ December, 2012 passed under Section 345-A of the Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, the respondentNDMC has protected certain areas which are liable to be demolished. Consequently, the present contempt petitions and pending applications are disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the order dated lO''^ December, 2012 passed under Section 345-A of the Delhi Municipal Corporation Act.
