In the facts and circumstances of this case, this petition is disposed of, with direction to respondent No.1 to deal with petitioner's Legal Notice (Annexure P-13) while treating it to be a Representation, if not already done, within a period of twelve weeks from today and the fate of Legal Notice/Representation (Annexure P-13) be made known to petitioner within two weeks thereafter, so that petitioner may avail of the W.P.(C) 11005/2017

remedies, as available in law, if need be. Needless to say, if the relief sought by petitioner in the Legal Notice/Representation (Annexure P-13) is not granted, then reasons for not doing so, be spelt out by first respondent.

With aforesaid directions, this petition and the application are disposed of.
