% 21.11.2017 Instant petition has come to be filed seeking issuance of a writ of certiorari with the prayer, as follows :
"(a) To issue appropriate writ, order or directions to quash the Bill No. 010006870851 for C.A. No. 60004596999 issued for premises No. 89/10, Onkar Nagar-B, Tri Nagar, Delhi.

Petitioner seeks quashing of the subject electricity bill on the premises that there was no use of electricity in view of the fact that the industries stood shifted to Bawana and the subject electricity meter was sealed in the year 2001-02.
Keeping in view the totality of the facts and circumstances, the writ petition is disposed off, with the directions to the respondent to
treat the instant petition as a representation of the petitioner and dispose it off by a speaking order, giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within eight weeks from today.
