% 23.11.2017 This writ petition seeks quashing of FIR No. 0171/2017 registered under Section 406/34 of the IPC at Police Station Sadar Bazar, Delhi on the complaint of the petitioners apropos lis primarily of a commercial nature. The lis has since been resolved by way of a settlement agreement between the parties dated 27.10.2017, which is on record. The petitioners and the complainant are present in Court and they have been identified by their respective counsel.

The parties undertake to abide by the terms of the agreement. They also state that the compliance of the terms and conditions of the said settlement agreement has been done.
