O R D E R

This writ petition was filed with regard to the affairs of the Judo Federation of India/respondent no.4. Elections to the office bearers and Executive Committee of the Judo Federation of India

stand completed in terms of orders passed in the present matter with the assistance of a Returning Officer appointed by this court. 2.

A report dated 19th February, 2018 was received from Dr. Nivedita P. Haran, IAS (Rtd.) Returning Officer in respect of the said elections which was placed before this court on 9th April, 2018.

On this date, it was brought to our notice that a writ petition was pending before the learned Single Judge of the Rajasthan High Court being SB W.P.(C)No.2221/2018 with regard to the post of General Secretary of the Judo Federation of India. In view thereof, we had accepted the report dated 19th February, 2018 of Dr. Nivedita P. Haran, Returning Officer in respect of the elections to all posts except for the post of General Secretary which matter was kept in abeyance for the time being. 4.

We are informed that the SB W.P.(C) No. 2221/2018 stands dismissed by an order passed on 27th April, 2018. CM No.20466/2018 has been filed by respondent no.6 placing a copy of this order before this Court.

In view thereof, we accept the report dated 19th February, 2018 of the Returning Officer in respect of the elections to the Judo Federation of India in its entirety. The duly elected body i.e. the Officer Bearers & Executive Committee of the respondent No.4 shall be free to manage the affairs of the respondent no.4 as per the applicable bye-laws and rules.

So far as the other reliefs prayed for by the petitioner are concerned, we are not adjudicating the same in the present writ

petition. In case the petitioner has any dispute with the functioning of the newly elected body, it shall be open for the petitioner to assail the same by way of appropriate application. 7.

This writ petition and pending applications are disposed of in the above terms.
