This application is preferred on behalf of Respondent No.1 to pass appropriate orders in terms of the settlement agreement dated 27.11.2024 executed between the parties pursuant to an amicable settlement between them before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. 2.

Issue notice.

Ms. Sonal Sinha, learned counsel accepts notice for the appellant. 4.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. 5.

The settlement agreement is taken on record.

Court has perused the settlement agreement and finds the same to be lawful. Learned counsel for the Respondents submit that in terms of the settlement, a total amount of Rs.15,00,000/- is payable to the LRs of the appellant, who expired in 2018, out of which, a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- has been tendered in Court today to Mr. Vikas Yadav, one of the LRs of Late Shri Om Prakash by way of demand draft No. 059188 dated 01.01.2025 drawn on HDFC Bank, Naraina Industrial Area, New Delhi-110028, copy of which is handed over in Court and is taken on record and the balance amount of Rs.10,00,000/- will be paid within a period of one month as per the terms of the settlement.

Accordingly, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the appeal as the matter has been settled. 9.

The appeal is disposed of as withdrawn in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties, which needless to state will bind them. 10.

The date of 15.04.2025 stands cancelled.
