This matter has been placed by the learned Joint Registrar before Court for directions noting that the Plaintiff and son of the Plaintiff both have expired.

During the pendency of the suit, Defendant No. 1 who was daughterin-law of the Plaintiff was directed to furnish the details of legal heirs of the Plaintiff to learned counsel for the Plaintiff for taking further steps as per law.

No steps have been taken by the Plaintiff. Present suit is a suit for partition where the Plaintiff claims 1/4th of the property along with Defendants.

Since the Plaintiff has expired and no steps have been taken to bring the LRs on record by the counsel for the Plaintiff, the suit stands abated and be consigned to record room.
