Petitioner had filed the subject petition seeking interim bail for a period of one month for the purposes of seeking second opinion from private doctors. The petitioner was granted interim bail for a period of two weeks by order dated 18.12.2018 to enable him to obtain second opinion.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already obtained second opinion from Medanta Hospital and has also surrendered in terms of order dated 18.12.2018. She seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a substantive petition, if the need so arises.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
