% 11.01.2018 By this petition the petitioner seeks parole to maintain social ties and looking after her son as also her mother who is suffering from old age diseases.

On a notice being issued a Status Report has been filed. As per the Status Report the residential address of the petitioner has been verified to be B-24A, Gali No.2, Sade Teen Pusta, Kartar Nagar, Usman Pur, Delhi where the family of the petitioner including her mother and son aged 8 years are residing. The son of the petitioner is suffering from viral fever and there was no major problem. However, Nominal Roll has been placed on record according to which the petitioner was granted parole in the month of October, 2016.

Considering that there has been more than one year since the petitioner was last released and there is no allegation that the petitioner misused the said concession, this Court deems it fit to grant parole to the petitioner.

It is, therefore, directed that the petitioner be released on parole for a period of four weeks from the date of her release on her furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹10,000/- with one surety of the like amount, subject to the satisfaction of the Superintendent, Mandoli Jail. Petition is disposed of. Order dasti.
